Beta Testing Notice: If you are participating in beta-testing for a Jamut LLC product, please not that by using the provided files, you acknowledge that the software is provided "as-is" and may contain bugs.

1. Account Responsibility

Your Jamut Account is your identity across Jamut LLC platforms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content within the Jamut Account system and all of Jamut's products (Musicbasket, etc) are the exclusive property of Jamut LLC.

3. Limitation of Liability

Jamut LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jamut LLC is registered.
